The Apple Tree
This is the apple tree where St. Michael appeared to the girls on June 18,
1961. The girls heard a crash of thunder and soon found themselves kneeling before a beautiful
angel. He later was to tell them he was St. Michael. He came to prepare them for the coming of our lady.
He appeared to them almost everyday until July 1st, when he told them the next day our lady would come to them as our
Lady of Carmel.
