Padre Pio
|
Introduction:
My name is Vito Faraci, and I live on Long Island N.Y. My parents and I were born in this country. All four of my grandparents were born in Italy. I am a mathematician by education, an electrical engineer by trade, a computer programmer by hobby, have served as an adjunct math professor at a college here on Long Island, and have given lectures to the FAA and airplane manufacturers on the subject of failure analysis of electrical and mechanical equipment. I get involved with problems like calculating the probability of failure of an airplane flying from New York to L.A. So from my background, it is obvious that I am a student of science. However, after meeting Joey Lomangino and learning about the life of Padre Pio, like other people, I learned of things which science cannot explain, and was reminded of how much I do not know. |
